Commercial Advisory
A clearer way forward
for your next commercial decision
I work with commercial leaders in hotels and venues when a big decision needs clearer evidence, priorities and support from the people who need to act on it.

Where to Start
If one of these sounds familiar, that's where we begin.
The Numbers Alone Aren't Enough
The report says what happened, but not what to do next. You need a clear read on which opportunities deserve attention, and why.
The Team Has Competing Priorities
Sales, revenue, marketing, operations and finance each see part of the problem. You need a shared view of what comes first and how the work moves between them.
A Commercial Plan Needs Backing
You need a clear case for the direction you recommend, and agreement from the people who will fund, approve and deliver it, so the plan holds once the work begins.
The goal is to know what matters, agree what happens next, and make responsibility clear.

My work connects commercial evidence with the people and processes that act on it. I've helped teams plan their response to market changes, set out the expected financial impact, build reporting they can run themselves, and bring commercial and operational priorities together. Clients put the recommendations into practice.
“We were blown away with her report … Kelly’s advice was pragmatic, on point and highly useful.”

How It Works
A Conversation
We start with a conversation about the decision in front of you and what it will take to answer it properly.
A Focused Piece of Work
From there, we agree on the question, scope, fee and timeframe. The work covers what the decision needs: assessing a commercial opportunity, understanding a market change, developing a business plan, or reviewing how commercial activity is measured and delivered.
You receive a written decision brief with evidence, recommendations and next steps, shaped for you and the people who approve or act on it.
Carrying It Through
When you want support putting the recommendations into practice, we agree on a delivery sprint. I work alongside your team to build it and run it live, then put the reporting and processes in place so it keeps running after the sprint ends.
Outputs, review points and a completion date are set before we start.
Ongoing Advice
And if the decisions keep coming, I work as an ongoing adviser.
Bring the Decision on Your Desk
Bring it as it is. It doesn't need to be fully formed or have a brief behind it yet.
We'll work out where to start and what it would take to carry out the work.
